Donations given to us are exempted from Indian Income Tax as the norms under section 80G of Income Tax Act.
As per the new norms FORM10BE is required for 80G exemption. For us to provide FORM10BE we need all the details as per this form. Please fill out this form including your PAN number without any errors. This will enable us to email you the FORM10BE before May 31st of each year.

- In all sense and practice 100% we go by what is meant in our Trust Deed as objects.
- We are bound by Government’s and Regulative Authorities Legitimate Requirements and Regulations and hence keep updating as per new directives if any.
- We are processing 12AA, 80G request and procedural formalities. Till we get the Above Approvals our Receipts shall reflect Normal Receipt for everyone as it used to be.
- We confirm and Assure that, all our major or most of the transactions are by and large thru banking network transactions be it Receipts or Pay outs.
- We do not have any idea or practice to transact with reference to any overseas or foreign Receipts, and hence do not deal with that subjects.
